Refund and Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure your ski rental experience is smooth and hassle-free. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand your rights and obligations when renting from us.


1. Rental Returns

All rented items must be returned by the agreed rental end date.

Return Instructions:

  • Use the pre-paid return label included in your shipment.
  • Ensure all items are packed in the original packaging or an equivalent protective box.
  • Drop the package at the specified carrier location by 10 days to avoid late fees.

Condition Upon Return:

  • Items must be free of excessive dirt, tears, or damage beyond normal wear.
  • Missing or severely damaged items may result in additional charges up to the full retail value.

2. Late Returns

Returning items past the agreed rental period will incur a late fee per day, up to the amount of the full retail value. If items are not returned within 10 of the rental end date, they will be considered lost, and you may be charged the full retail value of the items.


3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Below is our refund policy for cancellations:

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of booking: Full refund.
  • Orders canceled more than 7 days before the rental start date: Refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Orders canceled within 7 days of the rental start date: No refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@beta.blacksheepworx.com.

  • We will provide a replacement or issue a refund if notified within 12 hours of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must return the damaged/incorrect item using the provided return label.

You may return your rental early, but no partial refunds are provided for unused rental days.
