1. Rental Agreement

1.1 By placing a rental order, you agree to rent the specified ski outfit(s) for the designated rental period.
1.2 All rental items remain the property of Ski Bunny Rentals and must be returned in the same condition as received, aside from normal wear.

2. Rental Period

2.1 The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed-upon return date.
2.2 Late returns will incur a late fee per day, up to the amount of the full retail value.

3. Rental Fees and Payment

3.1 Rental fees are due at the time of booking.
3.2 All fees, including late fees, damage fees, and lost item fees, will be charged to the payment method on file.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Orders canceled within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.
4.2 Orders canceled more than 7 days before the rental start date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
4.3 Orders canceled within 7 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We ship rentals to the address provided at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

6. Item Care and Damage

6.1 Customers must take reasonable care of rented items.
6.2 Damage beyond normal wear, including stains, tears, or other irreparable harm, may result in repair or replacement fees up to the full retail value of the item.

7. Loss or Non-Return

7.1 If a rented item is lost, stolen, or not returned within 10 after the rental period, you may be charged up to the full retail value of the item.

8. Sizing and Fit

8.1 We provide size guides to assist in selecting the best fit. However, we do not guarantee exact fit as sizing may vary by style.

9. Liability Disclaimer

9.1 Ski Bunny Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the use of rented items.
9.2 Customers assume all risks associated with the use of rental equipment.

10. Privacy and Data

10.1 We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

11.1 Ski Bunny Rentals reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this page.
